We do not provide refunds on training or services. If you need to reschedule your training or service please provide at least 7 days notice. Less than 7 days will result in forfeiture your payment. PLEASE NOTE that we do not allow guests to attend. Only the individual(s) that are receiving the training and/or service may be present.
